Prime Power is the maximum power available during a variable power sequence, which may be run for an unlimited number of hours per year, between stated maintenance intervals.
The permissible average power output during a 24 hours period shall not exceed 80% of the prime power. 10% overload is allowed.
Standby Power (ISO 3046 Fuel Stop Power):
Power available for use at variable loads for limited annual time (500 h), within the followinglimits of maximum operating time: 100% loads
25h per year, 90% loads 200h per year.
No overload is available.
Generating set specifications:
Engine and alternator are directly coupled and mounted on heavy duty steel frame.The genset includes the following:
• Steel base frame with anti-vibration mountings.
• Attached tropical radiator with engine driven fan and protecting guards.
• (12/24) V DC starter motors and charge alternator.
• (12/24) V DC starting battery "Lead Acid" mounted onto a rack and cabled.
• Lube oil drain taps with extended flexible drain pipe.
• Spin on type fuel oil filters.
• Flexible fuel lines.
• Electronic governor.
• Spin on type lube oil filters. A Standard dry type air filter. A Engine protection.
• Low lube oil pressure. A High water temperature.
• Fuel stop solenoid (12/24V). A Supplied separate fuel tank (optional).
• Rating is at 380/415V, 50Hz, 0.8 p.f, 50'c ambient and 100% RH.
Control Panel Specifications:
Deep Sea module control panel mounted at the alternator end of the generating set in a vibration isolated sheet enclosure. It consists of the following:
• One voltmeter with phase selector switches (7 positions).
• One AC ammeter with selector switches (4 positions).
• One combined frequency / techometer.
• One hours run meter.
• One lube oil pressure gauge.
• One water temperature gauge.
• One battery condition voltmeter.
• One protection circuitry board.
• One ignition key.
• Indicating Led's with immediate shutdown for:A Low oil pressure A High coolant temperature A Over / under speed
