Forte is pleased to have received orders from Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) for a 1MW Gas Engine Generator Set at their Head Office in Lahore.
On the basis of highest electrical and thermal efficiencies, Forte has selected MTU Onsite Energy, Germany as it's strategic partner in this project and shall be supplying MTU's Gas Engine Generator Set Model 12V4000 (1166 kW / 1 MW) complete with Synchronizing System to the existing WAPDA connection.
In addition, Forte has received orders for three 200 kW Gas Engine Generator Sets. We shall be supplying and installing MTU's Gas Generator Sets Model 3042D3 (232 kW) at various Compression Stations across Punjab.
The projects are to be commissioned by 2Q 2010.

Technical seminars on Power Generation & Co-Generation using MTU Onsite Energy, Germany Natural Gas Generating Sets were conducted across Pakistan.
The seminars were meant to introduce the latest and most efficient Gas engine technologies to Consultants and End Customers.
